QUICK TRICK TO BURN MORE FAT!!

Hey guys in this article I'm going to tell you a very quick trick that you can use to burn more fat as possible in less time.

So before we start let's know something that you get energy from
carbohydrates, so don't think that at the time of workout you were burning fat

no, you were just losing carbohydrates that's why at the end you feel very tired and stop at that time.

but at the end when you feel very tired that's the time where you have to do some little effort to burn as fat as possible.
the trick which I'm about to show you is really very simple and easy 
you can use that trick next time when you workout. 

Many people go tthe o gym and start their 
workout with cardio and other heart pumping exercises.

But at the time to start a workout you should very firstly go through the
weight training and if you are a calisthenic athlete then start with 
pull ups, planch or any hard exercises which take more energy.

The reason why I'm telling you this is that  before gym you all eat something
like oats and light breakfast and then you the go to gym and probably you haven't
eat any kind of fat, you eat only carbohydrates and some protein.

If you are doing cardio at the beginning then you will going to burn
the carbohydrates you have eaten before coming to the gym not fat.

Don't eat any kind of fat in your diet before you sleep means you don't have to include any additional fat in your dinner

Because if you are eating fat in your dinner and not exercising evey morning after getting up then you gonna store that fat and your belly will come out from stomach area and you with ll be fat person.

Avoid eating fat in your dinner and you can eat a moderate amount of fat in your lunch,evening snacks but not in dinner.

If you do this then follow the steps which I'm about to give you.

 IF YOU WANT TO BURN THE FAT FOLLOW THIS  TWO SIMPLE STEPS:-
1. DO WEIGHT TRAINING FIRST ( DO VERY HARD TRAINING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE )

2. AFTER WEIGHT TRAINING DO CARDIO LIKE SKIPPING OR JUMPING 
JACKS OR FAST RUNNING BUT NOT JOGGING AND DO ALL CARDIO 

EXERCISE MORE FAST AS POSSIBLE.


So let me tell what you were doing, when you do weight training first  
You almost burn out your all carbohydrates that's why you feel tired and need 
some foods to recover but don't eat any think or drink anything.
                                            AND
After that, you do cardio  in very fast manner and at that time your body 
doesn't have carbohydrates because you already burn it out in weight
training so your body uses fat to gives you the energy to do cardio.

you burn fat by following just two step stated earlier and 
This is a simple trick that you have to use next time when you workout.


if you do more cardio you will going to burn more fat but do at most 
for 20-25 min not more than that .
