HOW MUCH PROTEIN YOU NEED EACH DAY?

Hey guys!! 

In this article I'm going to tell you guys about protein and how much you need each day whether you are exercising or not.

So let me clear one thing that whether you are a normal person(who never exercise) or a highly active person(who exercise regularly) or less active person (who workout 2-3 time per week.) 

you all need protein in order to build and sustain a good amount of muscles,if you are only eating carbohydrate and fats and low protein diet and thinking that you were going to build muscles,you all thinking in wrong way. without protein you can't build muscles you only going to build is a fat.


Each and every person requires sufficient and proper amount of protein in order to be fit, fine and highly active.

                               ABOUT PROTEIN .

Proteins(amino acids ) are the building blocks of our body and they help to build muscles, bones and strength too, protein are very high in eggs, soy, tofu, chicken breast, fish etc you should eat this type of food on daily basis than only you will get sufficient protein each day.


Lack of protein can cause lot of health problems and you were thinking that i never exercise so i don't need any king of protein but in order to keep your muscles and bones in a healthy condition you need amino acids (protein). 


    THESE ARE CATEGORIES OF PEOPLES 

 1.  WHO NEVER EXERCISE : NEED SAME AMOUNT OF PROTEIN AS IT'S BODY WEIGHT (in kg).
for example suppose you are a person name john and you never exercise and you weight is 70 kg so you need 70 g of protein each day in order to be healthy otherwise if you don't take this much you will going to suffer health related diseases later.

2.  WHO EXERCISE 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK : 2g OF PROTEIN PER PERSON'S BODY WEIGHT.

for example suppose you are a person name Rey and you  exercise 2-3 times per week and you weight is 70 kg so you need 140 g of protein each day in order to be healthy .

3. WHO EXERCISE EVERY DAY : 3g OF PROTEIN PER PERSON'S BODY WEIGHT.

For example suppose you are a person name roman and you  exercise every single day in a  week and you weight is 70 kg so you need 200-210 g  of protein each day in order to be healthy .


So guys these is all about protein, how much you need see the categories above and see in which categories you fall and take that amount of protein and you will be healthy .

Protein is very essential for all people living in this planet because your genes is made of 80% protein and your genes forms   your DNA and if you doesn't provide your body with enough or sufficient amount of  protein than you will have to suffer from great loss.

If you are taking less protein than gene have to be suffer from great loss and if genes is not build properly then your body will not work properly so take enough protein 

you can complete your protein requirement by adding protein means twice a day and my suggestion for review is take to mean which contain  approximate 70 percentage of protein in your diet or meal.

Take protein as per your requirements and be in a healthy position in your life so that you can live happy and longer life .
