  •  CALISTHENIC IS EXERCISES  YOU DO WITH YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT AND NOT USE ANY WEIGHT INCLUDING MACHINE WEIGHT, DUMBELLS WEIGHT OR ANY HEAVY THING.
  • THE ONLY THING YOU USE IN THIS IS YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT TO DO EVERY exercise.

2.  PLANCHE: THIS IS VERY BEAUTIFULL  EXERCISE  FOR YOUR  WHOLE ARMS AND CORE REGION.


3.LEVER: THIS IS NOT YOUR BODY LIVER IT IS A EXERCISE NAME THIS IS DONE WITH THE HELP OF A PULL BAR AND THIS IS GOOD FOR YOUR  ENTIRE UPPER BODY PARTS LIKE YOUR ARMS, BACK, SHOULDERS, ABS (except chest)

 4. L-SIT: THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR DEVELOPING STRONG ABS.


5. PUSH-UPS VARIATION: YOU  ALL WERE ONLY AWARE OF PUSH UPS BUT THERE ARE 40-50 DIFFERENT PUSH UPS FOR STRONG ARMS AND CHEST. SOME OF THEM ARE LIKE CLAP PUSH-UPS, ONE-ARM PUSH UPS, THREE CLAP PUSH-UPS, PIKE PUSH UPS.



6. PULL-UPS VARIATION: THERE ARE MORE PULL-UPS THAN NORMAL PUSH UPS YOU CAN DO ONE ARM PULL-UPS, CLAP PULL UPS. 


7. MUSCLE UPS: THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR YOUR BACK AND TRICEPS IN THIS WE HAVE to GO UPWARD ON PULL UP BAR AND THEN WE HAVE TO DO DIPS ON UPWARD OF PULL UP BAR.

THIS ARE SOME EXERCISES OF CALISTHENIC THAT TRANSFORM YOUR FULL BODY AND MAKE YOU BIG LOOKING PERSON.

THIS ONLY WORKS WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THE EXERCISE THAT YOU ALL SEEING ON UPWARD ARE VERY HARD TO DO AND TAKE 1-2 YEARS TO LEARN ALL ITS SKILL LIKE MAINTAINING BALANCE OF YOUR BODY WHILE DOING EXERCISES.   

NOW THE BIG QUESTION IN YOUR MIND IS CAN I HAVE TO CALISTHENICS OR WEIGHT LIFTING?

SO LET ME TELL YOU IN MY OPINION THAT WEIGHT CAN ALSO TRANSFORM YOUR BODY VERY WELL AND CAN MAKE YOU BIG.

CALISTHENIC IS ALSO GOOD IN THIS YOU CAN GAIN TWO THINGS SIZE&BALANCE OF YOUR OWN BODY THEN YOUR BODY WILL BE IN YOUR CONTROL.


SO  IF YOU LIKE BOTH THEN DO BOTH BUT IN MY OPINION YOU FIRST LEARN ALL SKILL OF CALISTHENIC THEN GO FOR WEIGHT LIFTING.

SO THIS WAS MY OPINION FOR YOU GUYS ITS UPON YOU THAT YOU CHOOSE CALISTHENIC OR WEIGHT LIFTING BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT BOTH INCREASES YOUR SIZE, STAMINA, AND MIND POWER.

SO DO NOT THINK THAT I AM DOING CALISTHENIC THAT IS WHY MY BODY IS NOT INCREASING IT BUILD YOUR BODY BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO BE PASSION AND FOCUS THAN IT WILL BUILD OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT.
