CARDIO LOSES MUSCLE MASS OR NOT?
So who are fat and have less stamina and don't do any activity for them cardio is very first exercise they should do and then they have to try weightlifting and any other exercises.
Cardio is an exercise for your heart and lungs it's not for your muscles, when you do cardio you burn calories that are good for your body.
HOW MANY CALORIES IT'S BURNS WHEN WE DO IT?
Cardio burns 10 cals per minute.
if you are doing it 10 minutes per day you will go to burn 100 cals in just 10 min and if you are doing it for 20 minutes you will going to burn 200 cals per 20 min.
Do it 10-15 min per day then it would be okay for anyone who wants to whether lose or gain weight.
MUSCULAR GUYS CAN DO CARDIO OR NOT?
If you have the muscular body and have gained very much size and not doing cardio by thinking that you will lose muscle then you should do cardio.
you can do it every single day or 3 times per week.
FOR MUSCULAR PEOPLE:-
If you do cardio more than 30 min than you will be going to lose muscle mass because cardio requires energy and after 30 min your body will not have energy then your body uses protein inside your muscle to provide energy to your body.
FOR FAT AND THICK PEOPLE:-
If you are fat guys and want to lose your body fat then you should cardio every single day.
Eat low carbohydrate or Ketogenic diet, then only you will go to lose fat.
Cardio is very good exercise and fat guys can do it all day without having no problem.
Fat guys have to do 25-35min a day but if you are just starting then I would recommend you too do it only 10-12 min each day this time will be good for beginners.
