In this article, I'm going to tell you some foods which are very best for our brain and help to boost the brain so that you get better-focusing power.

Let me tell you something more about the brain.

First of all  the brain is an organ and muscle of our body why muscle because 
most people do the exercise of the brain.

My exercise I mean meditation yoga are  the brain exercise not weightlifting any and all that one ok.

The Brain has 60% of fat in it but most people are not aware of it, Fat in the sense not actually fat it contains healthy fat which means lipid-like monounsaturated, polyunsaturated fats.

Fat like Omega-3, Omega-6 is very essential for our human body but in today's generation like those who were in schools or colleges people who study have to eat this kind of fats on daily basis.

The foods which I'm about to show you are very good for boosting your brain power and helps to improve the function of your brain.

Many people take the proper amount of protein, carbohydrate, and other minerals but they cut all kind of fat why because they think that cutting fat will give them a better shape but you have your brain and it's made up of 60% fats and you have to take fats but healthy fats.

Try to play the brain-boosting games like chess, sudoku and other puzzles.try to juggle the ball it helps to improve the brain-boosting level.

Do exercise like jogging, Running and cardio because our brain is filled with stress and other painful things and if you aren't doing the workout then your brain will 
going to suffer and you will observe a pain in your brain.

Our brain is most dangerous organ or muscle why because he always demand sugar,Now our body stores sugar in form of fat but in case of 
our brain it's doesn't store in form of fat and demage your neurons.

our brain is sugar sucker and when you stop eating sugar your brain 
will trigger you to eat sugar and you will lot of sugar and your body will going 
to suffer from that.

So first of all you have to cut down all artificial sugar like packed juices, soda or all proccessed foods also.

       No1 Chia Seeds & Flaxseed.

Which you acually can add in your diet.

your brain is very amazing organ of your body but if you're not using your brain properly it mean if you are using it for bad things  like watching a erotic movies and film that are adult content so stop that one because your brain is very powerful and sometime it's going to be powerful than your body and now and then you will not able to control your brain so please eat the food I have shown Above and do some exercises not 2 or 3 but only 1 to 2 times a week.

 it's so simple way if I'm not doing exercise then you have to do what you called brainstorming.

You can play games like Sudoku puzzle not baby puzzle no you have to play very hard and your level puzzle so that your brain can think and  at the time of thinking  focusing on one thing which is very good for you. 

if you are not doing exercise then inform and that's right for you.
