We all generally know that for keeping our eyes healthy we need to add Vitamin like
Vitamin A, C, E, in our diet and then we get good healthy eyes.
Now we were missing two main nutrient which is the reason for our weak eyes and nowadays many people have a deficiency of that nutrient so that's why I cover this topic.
Those two nutrient are
1. Lutein.
2. Zeaxanthin.
These are the nutrient which is missing in almost everybody's diet and we all to fix this vision problem.
Nowadays a kid born with beautiful and healthy eyes but when they start growing their eyesight become very weak and then they have to take help of glasses.
