HOW MUCH SUGAR YOU NEED EACH DAY?

Hey, guys today I'm about to tell you about sugar and how much you need each day.

There are two types of sugar generally you all eat and
 first is natural sugar it's sugar which is generally present in
all kind of fruits and not that much worse for you.

Second is artificial sugar means the sugar which is processed 
in factories and this type of sugar generally present in all 
packed or processed foods or drinks.

Sugar is good for you if you taking it in a limit and if you taking 
out of limit then it's bad for you.

Whenever you eat natural sugar your body metabolize it and doesn't harm that much too you.

But when you are eating artificial sugar than your body not able to metabolize 
it and then it stores in your blood and if you are not doing
any activity(exercise) then it will go to store in your body as FAT.

But if you are an active guy then you will go to burn it out.

 you might be thinking of how much limit is good and bad for you?

So for Men: 150 calories
         Women: 100 calories.

So this much sugar is for those people who never exercise and just follow their daily life.

Now you all wandering that that how much calories are equal to 1g of sugar.

So 1g = 5 calories of sugar.
So if you divide 150 by 5 you get 30 g of sugar.

Men need 30 g of sugar each day (for those who never exercise).

Women need 20 g of sugar each day (those who never exercise).

Now Those who exercise :

Men: 250 calories ( app 50 g of sugar).
Women: 200 calories(40 g of sugar).

 Don't take sugar out of limit and if you are worried about your health then you will going to follow it.

Nowadays many people just eat sugar without their knowledge and that's the reason why they all are affected by big diseases and to cure that you all have to take just 2 simple step:

 1. MEASURE HOW MUCH SUGAR YOU WERE TAKING EACH DAY.

2. IF YOU ARE TAKING OUT OF LIMIT THEN SIMPLY CUT IT AND REPLACE THAT SUGAR WITH NATURAL SUGAR BUT IT'S IMPORTANT TO CUT THE DAILY DOSES.

If you follow this 2 simple steps then you have increased the age of your life and can do more work.

Sugar is more beneficial for energizing you and gives you the instant energy you want that's why you can take it before you go to the gym and if you take it before your workout you will going to get the more benefit of sugar and can have the energy to do more in GYM.

Take sugar but in a limit that's the main point I want to tell you in this article and if you have read this then now you have all knowledge about sugar and can be aware of its consumption.

follow the instruction given here and one more thing if you are doing exercise regularly then you can take some more sugar because your body needs energy and that energy derives from carbohydrates means sugar.

so take it more to give your body some energy and only for those who do activity or exercise on daily basis.
