QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT TO DO AT HOME.

Hey guys!! in this article I'm going to tell about cardio exercise that you can perform at your home it is simple and easy.

Finding time for exercise is difficult, What you really need is some simple routines that you can do at home.

In this article, you will find some exercise to do at home and 
make your day energized.

The cardio exercises which I'm giving you people right now is fully easy and anyone can do this on his first attempt.

It is created by me and this is very good for burning fat and losing more and more calories.

The more you do the exercise the more you will be going to burn. If you don't like this cardio workout then just try for one time.
 SKIPPING is best and to do that Firstly, get a skipping rope.

Yes, this is an excellent exercise and will pump up your heart too fast and you will be able to burn more calories in just a few minutes.

One study concluded that skipping is 3 times better than running 
and burn more calories in fewer times and give you a better strong leg.


In skipping you don't need to jump to high -just jump that much so 
that rope can pass by from your legs.

If you want to burn more calories than don't jump high but instead of that

jump fast and at medium height.

Try to jump 100 times in one attempt and if you set the goals like this then you can burn more with this trick.


STAR JUMPS OR JUMPING JACKS can also be done just anywhere, as long

as you have space to lift up your arms.

As with the skipping, do as many as you can in one minute, and then rest for the same length of time
. Repeat several times or do it till
you get very tired.

 you lift your knees high. This is actually more difficult to maintain 
than you initially think, and you should keep going for an entire 
minute, if you can.

Jogging is good and reasonable to add this is that because we all do jogging in a happy mode and have done it before at some point in life.

Squats are very simple to perform and anyone can do it. if you 

are a beginner than the t's very good exercise for your heart and 
legs.


So if you want to do quick and simple fat and calorie burn exercise do this 

FIRST, do skipping for 2 min then rest for 10-15 sec and then 
do SQUATS  or LUNGES for 1 min and after that do JUMPING JACKS
for 2 min and you did.


Repeat this schedule for 3 times and after you complete 1 time 

then rest for 30 sec and then repeat this three exercise again.

This is very quick and hardcore workout and you can do it in gym or home

or wherever you want and it is just going to take 
15 min to do this so go for it guys!
