DIET AND LOW CARBOHYDRATE DIET !!

How are you all I wish you will be fine so today's topic is what is exactly a diet called and what is low carbohydrate diet?


          what is diet?


Many people refer to the word diet as something related to "weight loss". In reality, diet simply refers to the foods you all go with.

It is just the urge to lose weight by many peoples for which the word diet seems to be associated with weight loss

                     LOW-CARBOHYDRATE DIET.


Low-carbohydrate diet means in this diet plan you generally cut your all carbohydrates sources and eat high protein and moderates fats but someday you eat high carbohydrates. 

Let me tell you guys weekly plan about low carbohydrates diet here it is:-



                  1. MONDAY- low carbohydrate 

                  2. TUESDAY- low carbohydrate
                  3. WEDNESDAY-low carbohydrate
                   4. THURSDAY-low carbohydrate
                  5. FRIDAY- high carbohydrate
                  6. SATURDAY-high carbohydrate
                  7. SUNDAY-low carbohydrate


It is a misconception that people refer to all carbohydrates as equal.

This is not the case, as different carbohydrate have varying effects on human health, and this is something which needs to be kept into account.


The simple carbohydrate is just liked refined sugar(means the sugar which is processed in factories) and starches. 

Other than these, there is complex carbohydrate which is mostly found in vegetables and fruits.


If you were not aware of or not know about simple and complex carbohydrates than let me tell you that:


 1. SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES: These are carbohydrates which directly absorb by our body after eating this type of carbohydrates and give you instant energy and spike your blood too which is bad and after some time energy gone and you fill hungry again.

Ex-white rice.


  2. COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES: These are carbohydrates which are not directly absorbed by our body after eating this type of carbohydrates and give you slow energy which is used by your body time to time and doesn't spike your blood which is good and you won't fill hungry again.

 Ex- brown rice.

For bodybuilding purpose use of simple carbohydrates must be limited. On the other hand, the complex carbohydrates are extremely important for your body, in particular when you train hard in the gym.



Whether you are a bodybuilder looking to gain muscle strength or you are looking to lose weight, appropriate intake of carbohydrate is essential for you to consider.

Your body should never be low on energy, and for this, the intake of carbohydrate plays a vital role.



For overweight people, low-carbohydrate diet is very important.

The need for carbohydrates by our body is always there, but the intake of carbohydrate should be according to our body requirements, and the bodybuilding goals we have set for ourselves. 

To achieve the muscle building goals, it is very important that you should consume right type of carbohydrates, which plays a key role.
