In this article, we were going to learn something very interesting about laughter.

At some point in your life, you probably had heard that laughter is good medicine and you have to laugh in a day as much as you can.

I have heard this kind of things when I was very young and at that time I was not sure about this so I blindly follow what my parents say and I really believe that laughter is good medicine.

Today  I'm going to tell you some interesting things about laughter.

First I'm going to tell you the benefits of laughter then I'm going to tell you some things which you have to keep in Mind when you laugh.

What is the benefit of laughing?

Laughing is best to prevent diseases and pain.

To keep your body and mind in balance state you have to laugh and if you don't laugh then your mind will going to fill with stress only.

Can you know one interesting thing about laughing?

In one study the scientist had said that if you laugh at yourself then it will be far more beneficial than laughing on others.

Let me ask you one question?

How many of you laugh every single day but laugh here means laughing at ourselves

Hardly anyone laughs at ourselves but we have to laugh at ourselves.

By doing these you will feel some happier.

So we have covered the benefits of laughing but now this is the thing which you have to keep in mind.

When you laugh you feel very good because laughing release hormone which makes us feel good.

Many people in this world are now living with a lot of financial and health problems and because of that people now are slowly forgetting about the smile.

My message to those people is to please don't worry about your problem it will going to solve in future but don't forget about your present.

Laughing can give that happiness which you were searching for so please laugh at least for 20 minutes.

You have to laugh single time a day because laughing can give you happiness which you are searching for your entire life and many scientists has proven this that laughter can give you very relief from your pressure.

Watch the TV show which you find interesting watch comedy movies but not for a whole day at least for about a half an hour so that you can feel happy.

One more thing you can do to feel happy and it is by doing exercise because doing exercise you release dopamine in your mind which can give you a feeling of happiness.

Baby laugh 300 to 400 time in a single day but now a day adults you're not laughing at least 90 times a day and then working why we feel sad in all day.

So my recommandation is laughter is really very good medicine for everyone who is leaving in this planet.

My great advice is for laughing is that you can play your favourite sports because sports can give you very happiness and you can laugh in any sport.

In this article we were going to see what is Junk food and is it beneficial if you eat it daily and what are advantage of junk food.

Today we were going to cover :

  WHAT IS JUNK FOOD?

  WHAT ARE DISADVANTAGE OF JUNK FOODS?

IS IT BENEFICIAL FOR YOUR BODY OR NOT?

First is that junk food is foods which contain a lot of carbohydrate and have no protein in it and it also contain lot of fat.

Junk food is beneficial for those who do exercise regularly and maintain their diet properly but they can take junk food only one time in 2 week and if you are taking more than this then stop immediately.

If you are a person who never exercise and have very fat muscle inside their body then you have to forget about junk foods and you have to FOCUS on low calories diet each single day for 2 year or even more.

Junk foods doesn't have any kind of advantage but it spikes your blood sugar level and if you are taking junk foods before workout then it is beneficial and going to give you the energy you required for workout otherwise it is bad for our health.

That doesn't mean you have to take every single day before workout NO you can take 1 or 2 times in a week only.

So we have talk about what is Junk food and it's advantage and NOW let's move on the disadvantage of eating junk foods :

  1.   Junk food provide no energy to your body and doesn't have any nutritional benefits also.

  2.  Junk food give you a great taste and this taste is more likely to cigerattes, wine, heroine. So you become addicted to this and then you eat more and more junk foods which is really very bad.

  3.  Eating junk foods increases blood sugar level and you will feel laziness entire day and not able to do any physical or mental exercises.

  4.  Junk foods doesn't contain any kind of protein in it and that's why it is really very very bad for your health.

Now junk food is beneficial or not?
After seeing that much disadvantages you really think it's beneficial ofcourse NOT 

You should have to eat the foods which have very good amount of protein.

It really doesn't matter that you are exercising every single day or not you have to eat food which contain sufficient amount of protien.

So what's final answer for junk foods - Answer is that you can take junk food but only if you can balance your diet on regular basis otherwise my hearty request from you is don't eat junk foods.

If you are addicted to junk foods then try to stop that addiction from today because it will going to give you more harm in future if you can't them I can't do anything about this.

My advice to all is that you should avoid eating junk foods but if you can balance your foods then there will be no problem.

Let's talk about the fat people and those who have more fat mass or percentage in their body.

When we born we all were tiny and in very well condition but there are people who don't care about this beautiful body given by our God.

They just eat whatever they want and fill their stomach with bad foods.

I'm trying to say to all of you that don't be a careless person who doesn't care about his body and decreasing the aged day by day of his life.

Don't give any kind of excuses that I can't workout because of my boss, my time is not good, I don't have the time or any other things.

If you want a better healthy body than you have to do what others were not doing so do exercise on daily basis and don't be careless.

You don't have to be a muscular person but be a person who is very fit and healthy any time in his life and can do any kind of works.

Doing exercise doesn't mean that you have to build bigger biceps or chest or back or legs NO it's all about your inner body.

If your inner body (means your heart, lungs,lever) are all right then you have a better-looking body.

The message I want to share with all people who are fat is that don't be a stupid and careless person and do exercise 3-4 times per week to be in a healthy mode.

Today there are a lot of stuff or foods are available in the market which is harming our body every single day so you have to be very selective. you only have to eat the right foods.

Remember this the foods which you eat today we're going to tell your future.

In today's world there are a lot of fat people who only think of exercise but never do it why because they all know that maintaining their body will going to take time and they can't wait that much so they eat whatever they want.

If you are not sacrificing then you will never be going to be in shape or going to be healthy.

If you cannot go to the gym then wake 1 hour earlier than you usually wake up every day and in that 1 hour you. Can do any cardio you want because cardio burns more than weight training.

That 1 hour will be going to change your life, your body, and your mind.

Stop wasting your time in T.V. or mobile or computer because these are the things which are very addictive and you have to be very careful about these kinds of things,  instead of this you can workout in these free time.

Look every person has 24 hours in their whole day it is your responsibility that how you manage your time. Some people use their time in watching T.V. or playing games while other use their time to build their body and mind and that's why they succed in whatever they do.

So, in conclusion, you have to take some free time of your day off and use that time in working out.

If you are still giving excusing then sorry to say that YOU don't have any future or purpose in your life.

Health is wealth so take care of this beautifully wealth and be very specific about that.

If you are a bad guy I am reading this article then you should have to change your daily routine from now to be fit and fine man.

If you are eating fast food every single day and your age is under 18 then probably we will be not a fat guy but believe me the times come  then you have to stop eating fast food because after 18 your hormones start growing and if you continue to eat fast food then you will end up with very fat and thick stomach but not only stomach but all your body, your hands, your feet everything so please stop eating junk food right from now.

A pimple is not the big problem in my opinion and it's cure able and easy to handle.

But the problem starts when you all destroy that pimple with your hand and you all think that a pimple is over and not going to come again but that's not the fact is.

I'm going to tell you some remedies that you can use and advice that you can follow.

              ADVICE.

  1.  Don't smoke.

Yes, you Hear right.
You have seen a lot of people that have a pimple and acne problem generally they all smoke.

If you are doing the same things then stop doing that kind of things because smoking is not good for your skin and cause you a lot of pain and harm.

    2.  Don't touch your face.

What I mean by this is that you can touch your face but not too many times.

The reason I'm telling you this is that you touch your face with your hands and your hands contain a lot of dust and other bad stuff and when you touch that hand in your face your dust particle from Hands get transfer to your face and if your face is oily then you will definitely go to get pimples.

Today many people ( especially women) touch their face too many time and do make and all other stuff with their face and in results they get pimples and then they try all remedies available and make a pimple more worse.

A pimple is naturally and can go in 3-4 days but only if you don't do any kind of interference with your face.

    3. Face Wash.

Many people wash their face but they generally don't wash their face in evening or just before sleep.

I recommend you all to face wash for 3 times a day.

I never get any a pimple in my life because I follow all things that I give you before.

Vegetarian people doesn't get that much amount of protein in their diet and many people think that being vegetarian we can't build muscles.

 Vegetarian foods doesn't contain lean protein (mean a protein which doesn't contain any kind of carbohydrate or fat.) and have low biotic value also .

In this situation vegetarian people have to suffer from great loss .

But good news is that their are some vegetarian foods which can be consume by vegetarian people for building muscle.



            No.1. Legumes.

Green peas.
All kind of beans.

This all can be counted in legumes categories.

Legumes contain 15-17 g of protein in 1cup (240 ml.) And 45-50 g of carbohydrate.

Ration of protein and carbohydrates in legumes is 1:3 ratio means in every 1 g of protein you will get 3 g of carbohydrates.

So as we stated earlier that vegetarian foods doesn't contain lean protein .

1:3 ratio of protein and carbohydrates in building muscle is good and you don't have to worry about that.

Important thing is that legumes contain lot of fibre.I also dependable on pulses because i don't take any 
king of non-vegetarian foods i only eat vegetarian foods but than also I complete my daily protein 
requirements. 

Don't think eating legumes will not give you enough protein 

Fibre has lots of benefit and in legumes you will get enough fibre so you can stay in shape.


         No 2. Soy Products.


Soy chunks.Soy Beans Animal Feed Soy Oil Biodiesel Fu
Soy beans.
Soy milk.
Paneer.
Tofu.

This all things comes under soy products and soy products has sufficient amount of protein in it ,

suppose we take one soy product and that is soy chunks (50 g) 24-25 g of protein in it and 17-18 g of carbohydrates .

It contain sufficient amount of fibre in it and nutritional value is also good .

Many people think that eating soy product will give you man boobs but  that's not the fact is, if you eat more than 50-60 g of soy product than this will going to occur otherwise not.

I eat soy chunks 1 time in my breakfast and i don't have any kind of gynecomestia  (man boob) problem 
and i usually drink soy protein as a supplement and i don't take any kind of whey or casein protein. 


        NO 3. Dairy products.


Milk Dairy Products Pitcher Bottle Rustic

Milk.
Cottage Cheese.
Yogurt.
Butter.

this all come under dairy products.

if you take milk than 1 cup of milk contain 10 g of protein and 10 g of carbohydrates and it contain saturated fat also which is bad.

I recommend you to take skim milk because it contain more protien then toned milk and I take skim
milk in my lunch or breakfast.

Try taking non fat milk and you can also go with skim milk, skim milk contain less fat than toned milk.

Yogut has lot of benefits so I recommend you to eat yogurt 2-3 time per week . Yogurt will give you essential nutrients to your body .


NOW how to eat this 3 think in whole day:-
1. IN BREAKFAST- TAKE 1 GLASS OF MILK+ 50 g OF SOY CHUNKS.
2. IN LUNCH- TAKE ONE 200 g OF YOGURT.
3. IN EVENING BREAKFAST- TAKE BANANAS+MILK OR YOUR PROTEIN POWDER.

HEY guys in this article I'm going to show you about the vegetarian breakfast and you can eat it to fat lose and muscle gain both together. 

so this is full of nutrition and healthy you can eat it on morning or in evening,now let;s talk about the breakfast.


             SOY CHUNKS +MILK.

Soy Milk Soy Soybean Soy-Milk Organic Seed

In this breakfast we were going to use soy chunks  and milk(whether cow or buffalo it is okay). 


                       INGREDIENTS.

       1. 50 g OF SOY CHUNKS
  
       2. 1 GLASS OF PURE MILK(cow's milk)



        MACROS IN 1 glass MILK.

                    1. 102 calories
                    2. 2.4g fat
                    3. 12.2g carbohydrates
                   4.  8.2g protein


        MACROS IN 50g SOYA CHUNKS.     

                   1.172.5 calories
                   2.0.25g fat
                   3.16.5g carbohydrates
                   4.26g protein



         MACROS IN WHOLE BREAKFAST.


                      1. 274.5 calories
                      2. 2.65g fat
                      3. 18.7g carbohydrates
                      4. 34.2g protein



So guys this whole nutritional info about your breakfast and here you were getting only 2.65 g of fats and which is very good and this breakfast also contains some minerals which I'm not showing here .


so this breakfast contain macros and micros( minerals too).

Now how to cook it 
                           INSTRUCTION.

1. Take 50 g of soy chunks in a big bowl and take 1 glass(250 ml)milk in a vessel.

2. take 1 tea or 1/2 table spoon of oil and put it for hotting in a vessel and then put some amount of salt in it .

3. put your soy chunks inside that vessel in which you were hotting your oil and salt .

4. After 3 min take out soy chunks they were fully prepared and milk you can simply hot it and drink with that

Now you all know how to cook it and eat this but you have to be very careful that you have to take this snack only one time.

That time would be morning or evening but not in afternoon or late night.

When you are going for workout and eating this then stop taking it because you have to take some carbohydrates and some protein and for protein you can take your protein powder.

But if you are not taking any kind of carbohydrate and taking milk then you will get fat and some protein but you don't want fat before you go to workout.

So what I recommend you is that you can take some light snack before workout.

If you are doing workout in evening then you can take this Soy and Milk in snack but if you doing workout in morning then don't take this snack take some light snack and you can also take fortified cereals like Quaker Oats and more but make sure you read ingredient first.
