HOW MUCH WATER YOU NEED? [EACH DAY]

Hey guys,
 In this article I'm going to tell you about water and how much you need every single day.

Water, we all have this essential mineral but we don't think about its importance why I'm telling you this because nowadays people drink water in very less amount and they-they suffer from various kind of problems so I don't want you to face the same kind of problem.

That's why I'm giving you this information and my request follows this and be healthy.

If you are a normal person or muscular person or skinny, you all need sufficient amount of water each day and those who are muscular working out every single day need more water than a skinny or normal person.

Now you all knew this thing but you all were not aware of that how much we need exactly to fulfill our water requirements.

Our whole is made of 70% water and if you were not drinking the right amount of water than there will be a lot of problems and you would suffer from dehydration and later on health diseases.

Water is best and cheapest thing available on our planet and it has a ton of benefits.

You all generally hear that we should drink 2 liters of water every single day in order to be healthy.

But the fact is that our body is made up of 70℅ water and if you drink only two liters every single day then you will only fulfill half requirements of water.

If you were not tracking the amount of water you drink each day then you should start tracking it because if you track it then it will be beneficial for you only and you don't have to worry about water requirements.

THIS IS FOR EVERY TYPE OF PERSON.

YOU SHOULD DRINK 0.4*YOUR OWN BODY(in kg) WEIGHT. 

let me show you an example, suppose your body weight is 70 kg and so according to above equation you need 70*0.4=28 glasses.

So those who are of 70kg need 28 glasses of water per day in order to make your brain and body healthy.

             FOR MUSCULAR PERSON.

Those who have very good physic need some more amount of water each day than fat or skinny guys. 

so you need 0.5*your own body weight, suppose your weight is 70 kg so you need 70*0.5=35 glasses.

you need 35 glasses of water each day to be healthy and fine from inside.
  
Now you all wandering that 28 or 35 glasses means how much liters of water. 

for basic information:
1 glass =240 ml.   
according to this 28 glasses = 6.7 liter of water per day.
for 35 glasses=8.4 liters of water per day.

yeah you all were wandering this is too much we can't drink that much but if you were not able to drink that much amount of water at least drink 4-6 liter of water every single day.

Water is very essential nutrient and our body can't survive without it even for 1 day so be aware that you drink sufficient amount of water each day.
